What To Bring

Here are some suggestions to make your Ultimate experience more enjoyable:

Water/other beverage. This is especially important in the summer since there are no water fountains at the field.

A white and a dark shirt. Since it's pickup, this makes it easier to set up and distinguish teams. As long as a few people have a change, it all works out.

Cleats/turf shoes. Some people prefer sneakers or bare feet, but something with grip and protection is highly recommended. NO METAL SPIKES.

An Ultimate disc. Extra discs are useful for warmup and tossing around. Discraft Ultrastar model is the official disc of Frisbeeheads.
